Our Fee Structure
Due to the changes in the travel industry post-Covid, with many suppliers no longer paying commissions, all booking requests commencing January 1, 2024 will have service fees levied.
Fee Schedule
1. FREE: 15 to 30 minute consultation and/or free quote based on your provided criteria.
2. $100 Quote fee: Similar to your service man completing a quote for you, we have a flat $100 fee we charge to complete a quote.
- you will be required to sign a credit card form at this stage. If you choose to proceed with the work required, we will include this payment in your flat fee as listed below; if you choose not to proceed with the quoted itinerary, we fully understand.

– For groups of 5 or more persons travelling together, we will amend this customization fee as appropriate.
3. For last minute, and/or changes to itineraries once we start booking items, or for fully non-commissionable items, we have 3 fee levels.
We always give our clients the choice to not continue with any planning (we understand actual costs at times are more than anticipated budget), but we request clients respect our time/professionalism and refrain from asking us to plan out detailed, day-by-day itineraries for free.
FEE LEVELS
We have 3 fee levels (in cases where items booked are non-commissionable):
a. Fee per item quoted/booked (as listed at bottom - for airfares, tours, cruises, etc.)
b. $250/pp: Custom, Independent itinerary: 1 country or 7-9 days duration
c. $500 - $1000/pp: 2 weeks or 2 countries or more, 10+ days duration; independent, detailed, day-by-day with hotels, sightseeing, and transportation between cities/countries and/or destinations) for customized or detailed point-to-point independent itineraries.
(Please note this customization fee usually refers ONLY to highly detailed, independent itineraries, not multi-country “tours” or All-Inclusive packages, which our suppliers sell as a standalone tour package encompassing numerous countries).
Examples of the added value services we provide:
Flat fees charged per service:
Airfares
– Canadian Domestic, Cross-Border (Canada/USA) fares: $75/ticket (or $50/ticket when booked with another component/cruise, tour product, etc.)
– International Fares & Points Tickets: $150/ticket (or $100/ticket when booked with another component: cruise, tour product, etc.)
– Low-cost carriers (Europe): $75/ticket
Vacation Packages, Tours, Last Minute and All Inclusive Packages
FREE! FREE!! FREE!!! (Not everything we do has a service fee associated, we're human and we understand how fees impact our clients, so there are some travel products we book for free). Let us know your criteria and we'll suggest 3 tours, or resorts which meet your needs (length, destination, travel style, budget, special occasions, etc.
*However, if you require in-depth, personalized consultation regarding your resort choice (more than 6 reply emails) an additional $100 consultation fee will be charged to your card).
Cruises
$50/person will be added to all cruise bookings for our professional services added.
NOTE: Low cost cruises (Ex: $299 for a 3-7 day cruise) will automatically be levied an additional $100/person fee, or we will advise you where you can book same online for no fee.
Escorted Tours
(Globus/Cosmos, Trafalgar, Insight, Kensington, OnTheGo Tours, Tauck, A & K, etc.): $50/pp
NOTE: A minimum $15.00 Courier fee will automatically be charged to your card for document delivery when you request hard copy travel documents, instead of e-documents.
Cars & Boutique Hotels
- from $75 per booking (Please note this may be higher for very complex boutique hotel searches, contacting hotel directly for reservation specifics and non-commissionable bookings).
ALL VRBO or ABNB type research and recommendations will be levied a minimum fee of $125/pp (we require a signed credit card authorization form once we send our recommendations, after our initial complimentary consultation).
Other Products & Miscellaneous– Other online websites: from $75 per ticket/booking, and in authorizing us to purchase products from other online retailers (ex: Air Berlin, Vueling, Expedia, etc)
NOTE: By asking us to purchase from any online source on your behalf, you automatically AGREE TO BE FULLY BOUND by ALL SUPPLIER’S TERMS & CONDITIONS, without restrictions.
Change/Cancel Fees
If you request us to make a change to your dates of travel, or cancel any of your booked items, please note the following items:– There will be supplier’s change/cancellation fees incurred;
– You will be charged a World Travel Warehouse administration fee of $75/item (for changes) or $200/booked item (for cancellations) will be charged to your card on file. We appreciate your understanding as these cancellations require considerable extra time for the agent, and cancellations eliminate any commissions we may have earned.

- register your trip with Foreign Affairs Canada/US State Department (upon request)
- seat selection, meal selection aboard domestic or International flights
- working with the airline if there are delays of cancellations to your booked flights
- special request requiring contact with hotels
- ensure you are aware of all covid-protocols, travel restrictions for your destination and any requirements you need to be aware of, as you prepare to travel to foreign destinations.
- arranging any upgrade requests for Honeymoon/Anniversary Vacations
- miscellaneous other added value services we complete for our clients.
