14 Day Istanbul &
Turkey Tour for Senior Travellers
Day 1: Istanbul Arrival
Welcome to our
beautiful country!
Meet our representatives and take on your car to drive your
hotel. On the way to hotel you will see how modern and old times
are living together in this city. The Turkish delight served you
on car is a little welcoming dessert.
Check in your hotel and have a good rest. One of our
representatives will visit you at your hotel at your convenient
time for tour info and a short brief about Istanbul.

Please note that we can arrange anything that you wish, if your
arrival to Istanbul is at early time of the day: A relaxation
with expert hands of massage, tasty and hassle free diner at a
Turkish night show or visiting whirling Dervishes Show can be

Day 2: Istanbul
Classical Tour
(Breakfast – Lunch - Dinner)
Good morning! We hope you've slept well on your first night in
Istanbul, Turkey. It's time to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
At 09:30, your guide will be waiting for you at reception to
start your Istanbul Classical Tour which covers: The Ancient
Hippodrome, The Magnificent Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and
Hagia Sophia. These sights are some of the main highlights of
Sultanahmet side of Istanbul. Your guide will explain to you in
detail each location as you pass through, fully enhancing the
experience while onsite.
Lunch will be held at a traditional Turkish restaurant.
(Please advise us if you are vegetarian or if you have any
special dietary restrictions and we will attend to your needs in
every way possible).
After the tour we will have a short coffee break to exchange
ideas and ensure everyone is happy with the pace of the tour.
When we are completed the day's activities, our guide and driver
will take you to your hotel. Dinner will be served at your
hotel. We wish you a good night and comfortable sleep.
Day 3: Two Continents
One City Tour
(Breakfast – Lunch -
Dinner)
Good morning!
We hope you're ready for a memorable panoramic tour in between
two continents on the famous Bosphorus!
We will depart from hotel at 10:00 am and catch our boat/ferry
for tour. During this tour you will have the most beautiful
views of Istanbul and the intriguing history of Ottomans will be
explained to you as we pass by various Ottoman sights.
Istanbul is the only city in the World where you will witness a
mosque, a church and a synagogue standing side-by-side. It's
also the only city in the world which is based on two
continents: Europe and Asia.
After sailing on the beautiful Bosphorus, we will transport you
to Asia and drive to highest peak of city for the panoramic
views of İstanbul. Lunch will be served on Camlica hill and
after lunch we will pass back to the European side over the
Bosphorus Bridge.
We are delighted to have shared this wonderful day with you as
we criss-crossed from Europe to Asia on the sea and from Asia to
Europe on a bridge!
Your dinner will be served at your hotel and we will not make
you more tired by taking you out tomorrow.
Day 4: From Istanbul
to Cappadocia by Plane
(Breakfast) Good morning!
Your guide and driver will transfer you to the airport for your
short (1 hour approximately) flight to Cappadocia. On your
arrival our agents will meet you and take you to your hotel and
give you information about your tour programme in Cappadocia.
You will have time to rest at your hotel, if you wish to have a
Turkish night dinner or visiting the whirling dervishes show,
our agents will be able to assist with these arrangements.
Again, we are here to help you make the most of your time in
Turkey, and at a pace that works for you.
Your hotel is carefully selected, and we are proud to host you
in one of Cappadocia's unique cave hotels.
We wish you a nice and comfortable night and looking forward to
meeting you tomorrow morning for an unforgettable Cappadocia
Tour. During your tour you will be visiting Goreme Open air
museum, Rock Churches, Uchisar Castle, Rock Castle, Cavusin Old
Greece Village, Pasabagı Fairy Chimneys, Avanos Pottery
demonstrations, Devrent (Imagination) Valley, and a short break
for some Urgüp Wine Tasting.
Enjoy the comfort and hospitality of Cappadocia overnight at
your hotel.
Day 5: Cappadocia’s
Highlights Tour 1
(Breakfast – Lunch) Good morning!
Your guide and driver will be waiting for you after breakfast.
Today is the day to explore must to see places in Cappadocia.
The tour will cover Goreme Open air museum,Rock Churches,Uchisar
Castle,Rock Castle,Cavusin Old Greece Village,Pasabagı Fairy
Chimneys,Avanos Pottery Demistrations,Devren Imagination
Valley,Urgüp Wine Tasting.
You will have lunch in a very good local restaurant by having a
break on your tour.
After the tour we will take you back to your hotel. We wish you
a nice and comfortable night.

Day 6: Cappadocia’s
Highlights Tour 2
(Breakfast – Lunch) Good morning!
Cappadocia offers more than we have seen the previous day, so we
will be enjoying a second Cappadocia tour today by visiting
Goreme Panorama, Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley,
Belisırma Village, Selime Monastery, and Uchisar Pigeon Valley.
Today we will have our lunch in another restaurant to taste
another fabulous Turkish cuisine dish because we believe
'experiencing' a new country is much more than just sightseeing!
During dinner we will discuss and educate you and your fellow
travellers on the history of Turkey's cuisine.
After the tour we will take you back to your hotel. We wish you
a nice and comfortable night.

Day 7: From Cappadocia
to Ephesus by Plane
(Breakfast – Lunch) Good morning!
Today is the day we say good bye to beautiful Cappadocia and
start our journey to more of Turkey's most famous sights, the
ancient city of Ephesus and unique cotton castle of Pamukkale.
Enroute we will also be visiting Virgin Mary’s House.
Your flight from Cappadocia to Izmir is arranged, and you will
be transferred to airport by our agents. On your arrival to
Izmir you will meet our agents from our Ephesus-Pamukkale
Office.
Rest of the day in Kusadasi, the harbour town of Izmir.
Day 8: Ephesus &
Virgin Mary
(Breakfast – Lunch)
Today is the time for a marble white, ancient history and holy
land tour. One of the best preserved ancient cities on the
world: Ephesus and it’s most important guest Virgin Mary’s house
are the destinations for the tour.
This daily Ephesus tour will be one of the top points of your
travels and also one of the Ancient Wonders will get a place in
your photo albums.
After the Ephesus tour you will visit the house that Virgin Mary
spent her last years in. Then you will be transferred to
Pamukkale the city of Cotton Castle.
Overnight in Pamukkale at a thermal hotel.
Day 9: Free Day in
Pamukkale
Today you can enjoy
the thermal water in your hotel or around Pamukkale and
Karahayıt springs.Overnight in Pamukkale
Day 10: Pamukkale &
Hierapolis Ancient Ruins City
(Breakfast – Lunch)
A bright & early morning start to see for the world’s only
cotton castle Pamukkale. After years & years of warm tears from
Mother Nature, Turkish citizens consider Pammukale as the beauty
of the white pearl on Cleopatra's chest as the inspiration for
this natural work of art.
Today you will see the ancient city of Hierapolis and
Cleopatra's private swimming pool and also walk in calcium rich
warm pools of Pamukkale. Transfer to your hotel and free time at
your leisure.
Overnight at your hotel and time to enjoy the thermal therapy at
your hotel.
Day 11: Miniaturk
Museum and Shopping Tour
(Breakfast included)
Miniaturk is s the world's largest miniature park with its
15.000 m2 model area, located in Istanbul, Turkey. It was opened
May 2, 2003. Miniaturk covers a total area of 60.000 m2, with
40.000 m2 of open space, 3.500 m2 of covered area, 2.000 m2 of
pools and waterways, and a parking lot with a capacity of 500
vehicles.
The park
contains 105 models done in 1/25th scale. 45 of the structures
are from Istanbul, 45 are from Anatolia, and 15 are from the
Ottoman territories that today lie outside of Turkey. Also
featured are historic structures like the Temple of Artemis at
Ephesus and the Mausoleum of Maussollos at Halicarnassus (now
Bodrum). Additional space was reserved for potential future
models.
Our Tour will then take you to visit Pierloti: At the top of
Eyup Sultan Cemetery you can find one of the best places to look
at the famous Golden Horn of Istanbul, this place, that now is a
cafe called Pierre Loti Cafe, was dedicated as a memorial for
the writer Pierre Loti, a regular of the cafe who came here
mainly for the views.
Next on to Cevahir Shopping Center: is a modern shopping and
entertainment centre located in the Sisli district of Istanbul,
Turkey. Called also Sisli Kultur ve Ticaret Merkezi (Sisli
Cultural and Trade Centre). Cevahir Mall is one of the largest
shopping centres in Europe. After the tour, return to your
hotel. Overnight Istanbul
Day 12: Leisure Time
and Gifting Tour
(Breakfast - Dinner)
Today you will have your own time until 14:00 to explore more of
the city and we will meet you and take you to Grand Bazaar and
other places you may wish to get some gift for your family and
friends.
After the tour we will go to Galata Bridge to have our dinner as
a group. Galata Bridge offers some of the most amazing views of
the city of Istanbul and a warm, and welcoming atmosphere to its
guests.
After dinner, we take you to tour hotel for your last evening in
Istanbul
We wish you a good night and comfortable sleep.
Day 13: Istanbul
Princes Island Tour
Cruise in
Marmara Sea to Princes' Islands, stop at Büyükada, the popular
summer resort with sandy beaches and pinewood scenery, once the
pleasure island of Byzantine Princes. Take a step back in time
and view beautifully restored Ottoman homes along the Sea of
Marmara
Tour of the island with horse-drawn carriages before lunch at a
fish restaurant
Day 14: Packing Day
(Breakfast )
The 14 Days we have had spent with you gives us such great
pleasure to have the opportunity to educate and excite you about
our wonderful country. We hope you liked our tours, services,
