ethnically diverse, with ethnic Maltese, and dominant Italian
backgrounds forming a majority of the population. Official
languages spoken on Malta are Maltese and English, with some
Arabic.
Malta offers a long and interesting history, dating to before
4000 BC. be sure to visit some of the Neolithic temples on Malta
which are the oldest known human structures in the world. One
can easily witness the history this beautiful location offers by
simply walking among the city walls and castles, baroque
cathedrals and ancient fortifications.
Malta's climate cannot be
beat. The Mediterranean offers crystal clear waters and superb

easily walked on foot, there are great sightseeing hop on hop
off bus tours, as well as harbour cruises and charters for those
who love to see the islands by sea. Beaches in Malta are
somewhat different than Caribbean beaches, with layered sheaths
of limestone jutting out into the Mediterranean for sunbathers
to comfortably rest upon.
