Comments: Janet not only knows her business but has hands on
relations with those agents in countries where travelling. She not
only arranges the trip but is available while you are on the trip to
deal with unforeseen problems while you are on your trip. The phrase
110% does no justice with Janet, the phrase should be 110% plus. For
those taking advantage of the services provided from Janet, you will
not be sorry but I believe will refer others to her.

Comments: We were a little bit concerned as this was our
first time dealing with a travel company where we did not sit down
and talk face toface with the person handling our travel plans. From
the very first email with Janet we felt confortable with her
expertise and she put us at ease and always no pressure. When we
were redy to book and make a move she was ready and available on our
time. She is great to contact afterhours by email, but sometimes you
can't get her in the day but if you leave her a message she will
ALWAYS call you back.
Long story short, we had
to cancel our trip to Greece due to strikes that were cutting our
trip short by 2 days of a 9 days trip. We had no troubles doing this
with Janet and being in constant contact with her on the email, even
though she was overseas on her own trip in Asia, she was in contact
with us every day right up until we received our refund of all our
money except for the small $50 cancellation charge. We are hoping to
get another opportunity to go to Greece in 2012 and we will
definitely ask Janet to help us plan again, not a second thought
about that. Thank you Janet for your patience. We'll be getting in
touch in January

From my email communication with her, I feel that Janet was never

You are reading a
testimonial that is a very high recommendation of a travel agent
whom I haven’t met. However after finding the detailed and up to
date World Travel Warehouse site on-line and experiencing on-line
the personal services of Janet, the owner (in setting up a month
long custom family trip), as compared to the many agents available,
she is simply superlative.
Here is why.
Each country adventure is different and a few months ago my family
decided to visit Turkey and Greece. Having had past experience with
travel agents, many provide previously scripted advice or standard
tours untailored to your particular needs or interests. Although
travel books and the web are very helpful, in the final analysis
nothing equates with a travel agent who has the dual combination of
a broad experience and a personal interest in ensuring your trip
unfolds as planned.
If you are reading this, you have found such an agent in World
Travel Warehouse and the owner Janet. After having experience with
agents over a number of years, Janet is quite simply the best travel
agent that one could imagine.
In each trip there are nuances that cannot be solved alone by the
traveller. Instead what is necessary is a person who can contribute
an extensive knowledge of a country, smooth connections into that
country via internal agents or on-the-ground guides, and the
experience to evaluate the optimum options for your particular
interests. (For example in our Turkey trip, side trips were
helpfully offered which aligned with my interests, and activities
not previously planned, were arranged very quickly at my request
even during the trip with her in situ agent (Yunus/www.tours4turkey.com)
Janet provides that kind of wide-ranging service, but there is more
and this is where she climbs out of the average category and into
the exceptional.
She makes every effort
to ensure her clients to enjoy their travel adventure in all its
aspects and part of that enjoyment is in the planning. She responds
to questions comprehensively with your best interests in mind;
despite time pressures, she actually researches alternatives when
unusual or out of the ordinary requests are made. At the same time
she has that wonderful maritime character that blends personality
and good humour with useful opinion. That latter attribute
contributes to resolving difficult arrangements and to the provision
of thoughtful service. By way of example, in our trip, she
anticipated issues that might arise, and suggested practical
solutions. She responded quickly to queries and even during our trip
she adjusted the plans upon request and emailed hotels to remind
them of our preferences.
I experienced all of the above in my trip and there is no doubt in
my mind that you will have the same exceptional experience with
World Travel Warehouse and Janet.
Due to her personal attentiveness and exceptional service I look
forward to dealing with her again. I have recommended her to friends
and family, and I recommend that you use the travel services of
World Travel Warehouse and Janet.

Comments: I cannot recommend Janet highly enough for her
expertise and knowledge of Turkey and helping us with our recent
family trip to Turkey (12 day duration). I found her after seeing a
few different articles and websites recommend her services. She is
worth the small fee she charges and i couldn't believe someone still
exists that puts their heart and soul into their work for you, this
girl does just that. Not only does Janet know Turkey inside and out
but she is also helping me with a trip to Jordan and Israel for
2012. Cannot fault her at all, try her service out, well worth it.
She knows what she is doing and tells you what is not worth wasting
your money on, and what is. Great job done by a fine lady.

I found World Travel Warehouse by chance searching the internet in
2006. At that point, we were planning a family trip to Greece and
Turkey and were confused and trying to compare the many options
offered. Janet worked with me all the way helping to find the option
that better suit our party (not easy with 2 adults and 4
teenage/young adults). She even recommended which of the (sometimes
expensive optional tours) to do on our own and which ones was better
to book; she was able to do this because she knows all the places
and can truly speak about them. The trip was absolutely great and
fulfilled everyone expectations!!!!
Since then, she has advised and book trips for my children in their
multiple trips (and stays!) in Europe, always mindful of their
student budget and options to meet their needs. She has worked with
me to book our lifetime dream to go to Easter Island (and to arrange
the flights and be mindful of a budget is not an easy task!).
I cannot praise
her enough! She is honest, straightforward, listen to what you want
and also works very hard to make sure you are happy. I cannot think
of anything that she needs to change or improve. In fact, she is now
part of our travel group, receiving travel photo albums from our
multiple trips!
